Service terms
Hosting services must be used lawfully and must not be used to distribute malware, abuse networks, infringe rights, or deliberately disrupt systems. Resource allowances are defined by the purchased hosting plan.
Billing
Services are billed according to the selected plan. Provisioning can be held until payment is confirmed. Overdue services may be suspended after appropriate notice.
Backups and data
Backups are an additional safety measure and should not replace a customer's own independent copies of important data.
